important information regarding all tours:

Deposit - 10% deposit per person is required at time of booking with balance of payment due no later than 28 days before departure date of tour.

Cancellation Policy - Any cancellations must be received at least 28 days prior to tour departure date. Cancellations must be received in writing (email, fax or letter) and confirmation from us of receipt of your cancellation is proof of your cancellation request. If you do not receive a reply from us advising receipt of your cancellation then you must assume that your cancellation has not been received by our offices. A cancellation cost up to, but not more than the deposit will be incurred.
